What’s included in the coliving experience?
Your stay includes private room/s, access to shared spaces, on-site education program, some activities, and community support from Cohli.How does the payment structure work?
Reserve your spot with a deposit. Each month's payment is due at the start of the month during the experience. If minimum occupancy isn’t met, we’ll refund your deposit in full.Can we customize our experience?
Yes, you’re welcome to join planned activities or explore on your own. This will be a collaborative experience and we welcome everyone to offer ideas. Optional excursions and off-site activities are available for an additional fee.How do you select families?
We carefully review each family’s application to build a balanced, supportive group where everyone feels at home.Is there childcare or a school program?
